Your satisfaction with your new artwork is our priority.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the unique and delicate nature of original art, all sales are considered final once the artwork has been dispatched. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind and shipping charges.
Damaged Artwork: In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with the following:
Clear photographs of the damaged packaging.
Clear photographs of the damaged artwork itself.
A video while unpacking the package.
Resolution for Damage: Upon verification of the damage, we will work quickly to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include repair (if feasible) or a refund in 7 working days. Please retain all original packaging for inspection by the courier service.
