Secure Packaging: Every piece of art is treated with the utmost care. We meticulously bubble-wrap and securely seal all artwork to prevent damage during transit.
Painting Format: For maximum safety, paintings will be shipped in a professional, rolled format and enclosed within a sturdy, protective cylinder. If an artwork's nature prohibits rolling, it will be securely shipped flat in specialized packaging.
Delivery Time-frame
We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Dispatch Time: All confirmed orders are typically dispatched within 5–6 days of receiving your full payment.
Delivery Estimates:
Within India: Please allow 4–7 working days for delivery after dispatch.
Outside India (International): Delivery generally takes 7–15 working days after dispatch.
Please Note: While we partner with the best couriers to meet these timelines, shipping times are estimates and may occasionally exceed the stipulated time frame due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other external logistical factors. We always make every effort to ensure your product ships and arrives on time.
Returns & Exchange Policy

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the unique and delicate nature of original art, all sales are considered final once the artwork has been dispatched. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind and shipping charges.
Damaged Artwork: In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with the following:
Clear photographs of the damaged packaging.
Clear photographs of the damaged artwork itself.
A video while unpacking the package.
Resolution for Damage: Upon verification of the damage, we will work quickly to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include repair (if feasible) or a refund in 7 working days. Please retain all original packaging for inspection by the courier service.
